Can’t take that trip you wanted to this summer? Be transported virtually to Mexico as Silvia teaches your favorite classes that you have all come to love! In this class, Silvia introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. This class is designed for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
Live from Mexico Series runs from June 1 – August 31 for $75 with unlimited access to these classes listed below.
Tuesdays | Zumba Gold® | 10am – 11am
Thursdays | Core Foundations | 10am – 10:45am
Saturdays | Zumba Low Intensity | 9am – 10am
