  Virtual Pass Fitness Classes |Can’t make it into the DGLC to take a class, then Virtual classes are the way to go! Our virtual classes will be run simultaneously with our current fitness classes! Work out alongside DGLC fitness class members from the comfort of your own home. Just look for the classes marked with the home symbol. Some fitness enthusiasts have already been taking advantage of the three virtual classes offered by Silvia for $15 per month. Those that wish to continue to participate in only Silvia’s morning classes can continue with that rate. Many more virtual classes have been added to our Monthly Core Pass membership that includes unlimited in-person and virtual classes for $35 per month for residents ($40 for non-residents). Many new classes have been added and more are being added as new instructors join the team. Monthly core passes are effective for the calendar month. You can be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining current calendar month to get to the start of new month. You must have Zoom account to participate in virtual classes. (SA)

Monday
11:15-12:00P Chair Yoga | Catering especially, but not exclusively to those who cannot easily get up and down from the floor, this 45 minute class will guide participants through gentle seated and standing poses to stretch and relieve tension in the body.  The class focuses on developing mobility, strength and balance while incorporating breath and relaxation techniques.  You will even raise your heart rate with some cardio exercises and fun seated dances! 5:30-6:15P Cycling | Cycling offers a great cardiovascular, fat burning workout for all ages. Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes to gain the benefits of core strength, stronger calves, thighs, hamstring power, upper and lower back strength. By riding in a fast-paced fun class to music targeting a total body workout. Expect to burn 500 calories in each class. All fitness levels are welcome. Larry Sycamore
7:15-8:15P   Zumba® Toning | Zumba®️ Toning combines the Latin-infused Zumba®️ moves you love with targeted body-sculpting exercises using toning sticks (or light weights) to help tone your muscles and enhance rhythm. Let’s get the party started! Traci Exercise

10:15-11:15A    Zumba® Gold | This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. This class is designed for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. Silvia Exercise
6:00-7:00P 20/20/20 | This class offers three segments, 20 minutes each, of different types of cardio, strength and core-based formats that change every week. Fusing together intensities and different types of exercises creates intervals and variations that shock your body into getting more fit! Debbie Exercise
7:15-8:15P  Zumba® | With Zumba classes we take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It’s a serious dose of awesome each time you leave a class. Tony Exercise

9:00-10:00A Fit for Life – Game Edition | Think of it as a fitness class in disguise as we play board games like Bingo, which has multiple health benefits because it takes concentration, improves listening and short-term memory skills, and promotes socialization. During the games, we incorporate functional fitness exercises tailored for ages 50+. This class is an excellent way to promote mental, emotional, and physical health for every participant, regardless of their fitness level because individual exercise modifications can be provided. 10:15-11:00A   Core Foundations | Seeking a healthier lifestyle? Learn simple movements to regain and develop good posture. Classes will incorporate body weight exercises as well as yoga movements to correct rounded shoulders and build bone density. 6:00-7:00P Cardio Blast | This hour long class is a low impact cardio conditioning class that is easy to follow for all fitness levels. Exercises will range from floor aerobics, interval training and resistance training. Debbie Exercise

9:00-9:45A Fit for Life – Silver | Fit for life – Silver is a comprehensive fitness program designed for adults 50+ with strength, core stability, fat loss and functional movement corrective exercises in mind. It incorporates resistance bands, modified weight training, Pilates, functional movement as well as yoga elements for the most complete full body workout one can get in under an hour. 5:30-6:30P TRX |  TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.  Larry Sycamore

9:00-10:00A   Zumba® Multi-Level | This class is perfect for everybody and every body! Designed for all ages and fitness levels, modifications will be provided to decrease or increase the speed, impact and intensity of the moves so everyone can get a total workout at their own fitness level combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility – in an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
