• The Zumba class scheduled for 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, has been canceled due to instructor illness. Core Class Pass members may utilize the fitness center during this time. All other group fitness classes are operating as scheduled.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) burns more calories, improves performance and teaches your body how to burn more fat. HIIT is a type of cardio training that alternates short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat.
