  Virtual Pass Fitness Classes |Can’t make it into the DGLC to take a class, then Virtual classes are the way to go! Our virtual classes will be run simultaneously with our current fitness classes! Work out alongside DGLC fitness class members from the comfort of your own home. Just look for the classes marked with the home symbol. Some fitness enthusiasts have already been taking advantage of the three virtual classes offered by Silvia for $15 per month. Those that wish to continue to participate in only Silvia’s morning classes can continue with that rate. Many more virtual classes have been added to our Monthly Core Pass membership that includes unlimited in-person and virtual classes for $35 per month for residents ($40 for non-residents). Many new classes have been added and more are being added as new instructors join the team. Monthly core passes are effective for the calendar month. You can be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining current calendar month to get to the start of new month. You must have Zoom account to participate in virtual classes. (SA)

10:00-11:00A Fit & Balanced | This low-impact cardio class uses light resistance training and a chair to improve balance, increase mobility and enhance overall strength and muscle tone, which, in turn, helps decrease the risk of falling and improves quality of life and ability to partake in physical activity with confidence. 11:15-Noon Chair Yoga | Catering especially, but not exclusively to those who cannot easily get up and down from the floor, this 45 minute class will guide participants through gentle seated and standing poses to stretch and relieve tension in the body.  The class focuses on developing mobility, strength and balance while incorporating breath and relaxation techniques.  You will even raise your heart rate with some cardio exercises and fun seated dances! 4:00-5:00P Kids Yoga* | Yoga is a fun way for kids to build fitness and learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, incorporating fun, age-appropriate yoga poses, creative movement, breathing exercises, games, mindfulness, and relaxation. Noon-12:45P    Zumba® Gold + Drum Fitness (Seated)| The seated Zumba Gold/Drum Fitness class is perfect for those dancing enthusiasts who need modifications, those with limited mobility or those just starting to exercise after a long period of inactivity. The mix of classes—30 minutes of Zumba Gold followed by 15 minutes of drum fitness and a final stretch—is a fun way to exercise your body and mind with coordinated moves. Silvia Exercise
