Live from Mexico Series – Core Foundations

Can’t take that trip you wanted to this summer? Be transported virtually to Mexico as Silvia teaches your favorite classes that you have all come to love! In this class, Silvia will teach you simple movements to regain and develop good posture. Classes will incorporate body weight exercises as well as yoga movements to correct rounded shoulders and build bone density. Exercises will be done both on the floor and with the aid of chairs as needed.
Live from Mexico Series runs from June 1 – August 31 for $75 with unlimited access to these classes listed below.
